1. General Terms & Conditions

995 bdt is an internationally licensed online betting platform open to users in Bangladesh and other countries. You are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of your own jurisdiction.

1.1 Scope of Services

• 995 bdt offers Sports Betting, live betting, and a variety of gaming services.
• 995 bdt reserves the right to modify, add to, or discontinue any part of its services at any time.
• Scheduled technical maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

The Bengali version of these Terms is the primary and governing version. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. Where ambiguity arises, 995 bdt's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Management

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to open an account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• You must open an account in your own name — not under someone else's identity.
• Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device.

2.2 KYC Verification

In compliance with security and anti-money laundering regulations, 995 bdt may request identity verification when necessary. The following documents may be required:

• National ID (NID) or passport copy
• Recent photo
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

2.3 Account Security

• Keep your password and login credentials secure at all times.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account is prohibited.

3. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 995 bdt:

3.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is only valid once you receive a confirmation message after placing it.
• Bets placed during a technical error may be voided.
• Any bet placed with incorrect odds will be considered void.

3.2 Live Betting

• Odds change rapidly in live betting and may be updated right up until your bet is confirmed.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be refunded.
• Official sources are used to determine event results.

3.3 Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits apply to each market and event and are displayed on the platform. 995 bdt reserves the right to adjust any member's betting limits as needed.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are recommended to be made through the same method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Transaction Verification

995 bdt reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions. This verification process may take up to 48 hours.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

995 bdt offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms detailed on the respective bonus page.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to eligible members only.
• All wagering requirements for a bonus must be met before withdrawals can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
• 995 bdt reserves the right to void bonuses if there is reason to suspect misuse.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Wagering requirement: the deposit + bonus must be wagered 8 times.

5.3 Cashback

• Daily cashback applies to net losses.
• Cashback can be withdrawn directly — no wagering required.
• Cashback amounts vary depending on your VIP tier.

6. Responsible Gaming

995 bdt takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide members with a range of tools to help keep their betting in check.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for an extended period.
• Betting History: Review your own betting patterns regularly.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may request account closure at any time. Contact our support team to do so. Please withdraw your available balance before closing.

8.2 Cancellation by 995 bdt

995 bdt may suspend or terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration with False Information
• Running multiple accounts
• Fraudulent Activity
• Bonus Abuse
• Illegal Activities

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 995 bdt:

• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Match fixing or use of insider information
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Bonus Hunting or Arbitrage Betting
• Using another member's account

Violations of this prohibition will result in immediate account termination and legal action where necessary.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please follow the process outlined below:

1. Please contact our customer support team first.
2. Submit the details of your dispute in writing — including screenshots or any supporting evidence.
3. Our support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
4. Complex matters will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.

11. Limitation of Liability

995 bdt is not liable for the following:

• Bets or winnings lost due to internet disconnection
• Losses caused by technical issues on your device
• Third-party payment system failures
• Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government directives)

12. Terms Modification Policy

995 bdt reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time.

• Members will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request account closure.
